We want you to love your Adina Reyter jewelry, which is why we offer a seamless return and exchange process for all eligible unworn pieces within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items, custom orders, and final sale pieces are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place your jewelry in its original Adina Reyter packaging and box to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, then track your refund status via our portal.
